During this time, I tried all of the fad diets, fat burning pills, &amp; any training program that I could get my hands on, but still, none of them could provide me with what I was looking for. It wasn’t until I graduated college that I decided it was time to stop taking the easy way out &amp; stop feeling sorry for myself. I invested in myself &amp; hired my first online personal trainer. I realized that if I didn’t put my health &amp; well-being first, then who would?
